On November 30th, 2022, the kick-off meeting of the TUM-Oerlikon Advanced Manufacturing Institute (AMI) took place. The Chair of Aerodynamics and Fluid Mechanics (Prof. Adams), the Chair of Materials Engineering of Additive Manufacturing (Prof. Mayr) and the Professorship of Laser-based Additive Manufacturing (Prof. Wudy), in collaboration with Oerlikon AM, presented all projects already underway…

On the very first Munich AMeetUp on the 30th November 2022 organised by TUM Venture Labs, Makerspace, and TUM.Additive, we had four interesting talks on the topic of additive manufacturing. Sybille Fischer of EOS spoke about sustainability in lasersintering of polymers and Florian Funke of Hyperganic presented the possibilities of their A.I. software for additive manufacturing.

Are you enthusiastic about additive manufacturing and you want to discover the latest AM innovations, learn more about what you can create with 3D printing and network with other innovators, experts and entrepreneurs in the field of AM?
