TUM Entdeckerinnen design and print their own puzzle
In the program TUM Entdeckerinnen: MINT-Impulse at the University by exploreTUM, schoolgirls can experience various topics at the university up close during the summer vacations. In the two-day program from the Professorship of Laser-based Additive Manufacturing, the schoolgirls designed their own individual puzzle and then got to print it using material extrusion. It was great to see how many different ideas they came up with in teams. Another highlight was the lecture by Prof. Katrin Wudy with lots of demostrative pieces and the guided tour through the labs of the Advanced Manufacturing Campus.
