We had an exciting day at EinDruck³ (organised by the Coordination Office Additive Manufacturing of Bayern Innovativ) in Erlangen at the Siemens Campus and learned a lot of new aspects about resilience and digitization in additive manufacturing – also in very interactive workshops held by Christian Bay (University Bayreuth), Ralf Anderhofstadt (Daimler Buses), and others.
In his pitch, Prof. Peter Mayr presented the DISCO2023 project, which is, among other topics, about multi-material printing. A topic that was also reflected in the other pitches from Fraunhofer IGCV and Fraunhofer IPA.
