Shaping the Future of Circular Economy: CirculaTUM Professors Meeting 2026

Building on a Strong Foundation: We kicked off the meeting by looking back at how much our network has grown. With over 130 members across 8 TUM Schools, we have built a fantastic, interdisciplinary foundation. Now, our goal is to take this momentum and turn it into even greater real-world impact.

Driving Systemic Change Through Collaborative Research: A major takeaway from our discussion was the drive to connect our academic research more directly with practical needs. Sparked by the diverse expertise in the room, we agreed to focus on overarching themes that bridge gaps across disciplines. By collaborating closely with external partners, we are already exploring exciting new research opportunities to carry this momentum into the new year. Our overall aim is to develop impactful solutions that translate our interdisciplinary ideas into real systemic change.
